🛍 Orders

1. How can I place an order?

Simply browse our website, select your preferred size and style, and click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, go to checkout and complete your payment securely.

2. Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email with your order details.

3. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at Support@zenithsoles.shop within 24 hours. Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

4. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

5. How long does delivery take?

Processing time: 2–4 business days
Delivery time: 7–15 business days after shipment

Shipping times may vary due to factors like location, weather, or carrier delays.

6. How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which are clearly displayed on our homepage.

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

12. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. In those cases, we cover all return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your returned item. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
